shops The Checkered Plaid full size quilt is made from pre-cuts (layer cakes) and yardage and makes a beautiful quilt to use all Winter long!

FABRIC: As with every collection from Lisa Audit's artwork, “Woodland Frost” is fabulous! A painterly technique captures the calm and quiet of dawn in snowy woods with subtle tonal blues and grays – all lightly contrasted with white.

100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low gentle cycle, do not use bleach, fabric softener not recommended.

Fabrics made in Korea.

The overall finished size of this throw quilt as shown in picture 1 is 74" x 91".

The kit contains a free copy of the Checkered Plaid pattern and instructions by Wilmington Prints along with enough fabric in pre-cut packs and yardage to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. Backing fabric and batting will need to be purchased separately.

Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Woodland Frost and Essential Gems collections by Wilmington Prints. Pictures 2 thru 5 show the actual fabrics included in this kit. This kit includes one 10" square pack from the Woodland Frost collection and one 10" square pack from the Essential Gems White Out collection along with Woodland Frost coordinating yardage for the border and binding. There are NO substitutions in this kit!

Skill Level: Confident Beginner

5-5/8 yards of fabric is recommended for the backing assuming a 44/45" width or 2-1/2 yards if using a 108" backing option along with a 82" x 99" piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or fabric design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit.
