Vintage Vanity Set Hollywood Regency Matson Vanity shops Decor Gold 4 Pc Matching 1940s Hand Mirror Brush Vanity Jar Letter Opener

This is a gorgeous, vintage, MATSON vanity set in very good vintage condition. It's a 5 piece set with a brush, large beveled mirror, letter opener and a porcelain powder jar with lid. It's gold with darker gold accents and tiny pink flowers on all pieces but the letter opener which just has the gold handle. The only flaw in this set is a chip that occurredt in the powder jar and was glued back in. Please see photos for further details. There is general wear due to age and use, including light scratches, scuffs, and general wear. This set is from the 1940's so the fact that it has been kept together in this kind of shape is fantastic!

The mirror measures 14" long and 5.5" wide, the letter opener measures 9.25" long and 7/8" wide at it's widest point at the base of the handle, the brush measures 10.5" long, 3.25" wide and 1.25" thick at the bristles. And lastly the hand painted powder jar measures 4.25" wide, 2.25" shops high and is 4.25" in diameter. All pieces are clean and in their original state. No attempts at "cleaning up" the items has taken place.
