Shops Antique Sterling and Mother of Pearl Baby Rattle Necklace

Wonderful antique mother of pearl and shops sterling baby rattle becomes a pendant for a necklace here. It is engraved with all the vital information (month, day, year, time of birth) and the baby's name is inscribed on the back, Wm. Edward. Jan. 26, 1929, birth date. The detail and the engraving are all beautiful. (I don't care if engraving doesn't fit my own specs, I like preserving others' engraving.) The mother of pearl ring would have served as a teething ring. The silver rattle has a dent on the back but not a big deal. This is a special piece with history! If William Edward is still alive he would be 93! The rattle hangs on a heavy double link rolo style chrome chain with a great oversized carabiner.
