唐草 Karakusa (Arabesque)
"Karakusa" means prosperity of descendants and is an auspicious pattern that has been used extensively in pottery for a long time.
The beckoning cat with this arabesque pattern on the bib is preferred by cat lovers because it looks like a real cat.

It is said that a beckoning cat who raises his left hand invites "many people" and a beckoning cat who raises his right hand brings "money".
And it is said that the beckoning cat will bring health and longevity regardless of the right or left hand.
Maneki Neko(beckoning cat) loves people, so if you put it in a place where people often gather,

This beckoning cat is made in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture.
