This Cintamani Stone ('Stone of Heaven') was found in the southern coastal region of Peru. Present-day Peruvian Shamans believe Cintamani Stones were considered sacred and used in ceremony by the ancient Incas. Reportedly, archeologists have found Cintamani Stones cradled in abalone shells at historic sites.
Cintamani Stones are a form of Tektite. Tektites are created by a meteor crashing into the earth's surface. They are formed as a result of the fire-hardened ‘splash' from the impact of the meteor. It is thought the meteor that created the Cintamani Stones originated from a planet exploding in the Sirius star system.
Cintamani Stones are considered to be of the highest vibration as they help one awaken to one's true mission. Also seen as ‘heavy energy eaters' by present-day Shamans, they are thought to be compressed light, not unlike a black hole, that consumes negativity. These ‘Stones of Heaven' raise the vibratory frequencies of self shops and the planet.
Moldavite is considered the stone of awakening. When one is ready, it is said that Cintamani Stones will assist one to the next level of the Ascension Process.
Please note: Do not be confused. These are NOT the more common Cintamani Saffordite Tektites found in Arizona, but instead a very rare stone from Peru. It is thought only about 20 kilograms of Cintamani Stones are found annually. As a comparison, about 30,000 kilograms of diamonds are mined around the world each year.
