If your order arrives broken/damaged, please follow the instructions below.
#1. DO NOT throw away the original packaging, contents or the original box. (Keep everything until the claim is resolved)
#2. Take pictures of the inside/outside of the box (showing any damage to the box)
#3 Take pictures of the broken item(s), show the packaging . (you need to show that this is how you found the contents when opening the box)
#4 You will need to file a claim with the shipping company. (we are currently using USPS or FedEx)

***NOTE*** When dealing with USPS they usually require the customer to bring in the damaged item(s) in the original box with packaging to the customers local post office.*****

AFTER FILING THE CLAIM (WITH FEDEX OR USPS) YOU SHOULD RECEIVE YOUR REFUND WITHIN SEVERAL WEEKS. (THIS DEPENDS ON HOW QUICKLY YOU PROVIDE INFORMATION ETC. )

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PLACING ANOTHER ORDER AT PATSYSCERAMICS TO REPLACE THEIR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEM(S).
