A beautiful smooth natural emerald pendant sits between tiny green Zambian emeralds, all which hang from a dainty 14K gold filled chain in this dainty real emerald jewelry necklace. The classic women's necklace closes with a spring clasp, and has a lovely faceted emerald hanging from the closure chain.

The small natural emerald pendant is smooth, teardrop-shaped, and a gorgeous blue green emerald color with depth. With the tiny green emeralds framing the emerald pendant and complimented by the gold, this emerald necklace is so pretty and feminine, subtly luxurious, and graceful, and makes a lovely women's gift for a loved one, or treat for oneself. Emerald is May's birthstone, and thought to be a stone of love and fortune.

Necklace is adjustable by 1 inch, and available in several lengths. The center emerald measures approximately 7mm tall (a little more than 1/4 inch) or so. Each emerald is unique, some a bit narrower, some a bit rounder, all teardrop-shaped, all beautiful.

Please expect shops that the stones in the jewelry you receive may have small differences in color tone and shape due to the organic quality of natural stones (and the limits of my photography), but I do my best to bring out the beauty in each piece.

*** The metals I use are 14K gold filled, 14K and 24K gold vermeil, 14K and 18K solid gold, and sterling silver. The metals used for each piece are listed. People often confuse gold vermeil for gold plating, but they are not the same! Gold vermeil is fine sterling silver, dipped in 14k gold, vermeil style. The gold has approximately 40% more gold than standard gold plating, which often covers bronze or other lesser metals, not sterling silver as in gold vermeil. The artisans from Thailand who make the gold vermeil pieces I use in my jewelry work hard to craft the pieces as they require time and skill, and I think they are very special and add dimension to the jewelry.

*** All the jewelry you see in this shop is handmade by me. Often the quality that makes handmade jewelry special is the same quality that can make it a bit more delicate. It is best if jewelry is always removed before exercise, bathing, and sleeping. Please treat gently, as jewelry will last longer with care.
