Vtg shops Rice University Founder's Society Charter Member Etched Glass Paperweight

This heavy glass paperweight was made shops for a charter member of Rice University's Founder's Society.  Measures about 3" by 4" with the actual measurements in the photos.  Very rare paperweight.
