Large Japanese Vase with Samurai Warriors

This large satsuma-style vase by ANDREA by SADEK features a beautifully hand-decorated and painted motif of samurai warriors. The details and gold gilt work are impeccable as the design elements are continuous around the vessel. Using traditional cloisonné techniques, many of the details are slightly raised from the surface giving the piece a tactile feel. This elegant, quality item is in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing and has a lustrous finish. There is a red color stamp on the underside along with the original Andrea by SADEK gold foil label. Overall, a gorgeous centerpiece to display with or without flowers!
