This is the ULTRA-RARE FIRST DAY OF ISSUE OF THE ENVLOPE & BASEBALL CENTENNIAL 3 CENT STAMP & is beautifully framed and truly amazing! This came out of a 33 year old collection and it's really something else! Framed in a solid mahogany frame and double matted the envelope is not attached to anything in anyway there's no tape, nothing stupid like that. LOL Reasonable offers are considered on all items.
