Shops Scarf Pin with triplet Opal

Sterling Silver Scarf pin, with a surgical quality steel pin (so that is can be nice and thin, but still hold its shape and tension well).
The silver is hammered to create texture.
The triplet opal is from Coober Pedy in South Australia and cut by a gem cutter who lives nearby to me.
I've put a few photos in to show how the opal changes colour depending on the light and angle.
This brooch is perfect for holding a nice lightweight scarf shops in shape, or just for use as a simple and stylish brooch. It measures abour 60mm, and the opal is 5mm diameter.

I will be posting items 'signature on delivery' which is why local postage is $12, but this is a much safer way to receive your handmade jewellery item :)
