PS4 Slim plus controller. Both are in good condition. There is zero damage to ports. A couple minor scratches on the exterior of the console. Everything works as perfectly shops as it should. I also just cleaned the fan and heat core inside the console, so it doesn't sound like a jet engine when you use it :).
