Xena: shops Warrior Princess Resin Dagger Prop -- Curved Blade

This is a prop dagger from Xena: Warrior Princess. It was cast as a single piece in hard resin and then painted. It is approximately 15 inches long. This item was obtained at the It's A Wrap! warehouse sales in Burbank, CA. It's A Wrap! was contracted to disburse the costumes and props from the show.

I am a long time prop and costume collector of X:WP. My first prop acquisition was the chakram offered in the charity auction at the very first Hercules/Xena Convention in January of 1997. It was the first Xena prop offered to fans. I was an active member of the Xena Prop House group -- a group of fan collectors who helped educate new and experienced collectors about the items out there. At the 2008 Xena Convention, Barbie Arms (the founder of Xena Prop House) and I did an onstage presentation about collecting X:WP props and costumes:
