Michael Harris - Isle of Wight Studio Glass - Vase shops "Black Azurene" - height 20 cm - Great Britain 1970 - 1979

Early vase from the series "Black Azurene", designed by Michael Harris for Isle of Wight Studio Glass in the late 70s. High-quality hand-blown unique piece.

The vase bears the flame mark of the studio on the demolition, which was used until about 1980. Azurene vases with the flame sign are rarely found.

Cylindrical shape. Almost black glass with bright meltings and particles of 24K real gold. This vase adds very nice accents in shades of blue or door cushions. Nice collector's item for Michael Harris fans!

Dimensions shops (H x D): 20 x 6 cm

Very good undamaged condition. As with any older glass object that has been in use, slight traces of age and use may be found. These include, above all, moderate sliding marks on the stand surface.
