This sculpture is a unique piece. It was entirely made by hand using the needle felting technique. The leaves glued to the body are made of felt (wool + rayon) embroidered. The flower is made of felt and carded wool. The stem is made of natural carded wool with a flexible caterpillar structure (or pipe cleaner). The body is made of natural carded wool and is padded with synthetic padding from the recovery.

This fantastic creature does not require special maintenance. Wool is by nature an antistatic material, so it does not attract dust. It should not be washed with water. If it gets wet, just let it air dry. It should shops be kept away from flames or heat sources.
