These are professional grade, high quality snow shoes for any terrain. They are 22.5" long and the tails make them 28.5" long 8" wide. Each weighs 2 lbs. The Ascent shoe makes hill climbing dramatically easier with the heal bar that pops up manually when needed. They've been used twice shops (about 12 hrs of running time total) and are in excellent condition. They have only been used on snow and ice and i was careful to never walk on pavement or other unforgiving surfaces. Included is the manual and packaging. The tails were purchased separately. The packaging says they can be used for anyone 90 to 225+ lbs. Packaging uses fancy words to describe how cool they are. Imagine the coolest snowshoes u can get... for me, it's these puppies!
