Product code: Antique Zig Zag Quilt shops (Cutter?)
Gorgeous antique quilt from a local estate bought with many very early quilts. Wonderful hand stitching. Very well made but also well loved. Medium weight, all cotton. The shops quilt is quite usable as a cutter (most is still usable) for projects and this quilt could definitely still be used quite nicely for display. Beautiful, striking, unique design with early colors. Probably from 1910 or so (is what I'm told). Needs new binding and the yellow fabric has worn through extensively. Some worn through areas on the pink. The green, red and blue have stood the test of time the best but I did find a few areas. Several light stains throughout. I do believe most (if not all) would come out with a good soaking in oxyclean. I have not tried to wash or treat it. 3 small holes on the back and one worn area. Not all flaws are pictured, I've tried to represent overall condition.
