The inverted teardrop in front is a bezel-set MOTHER OF PEARL; it measures 1.75" long including bale, and 3/4" across at it's widest point.

Everything about this necklace is fantastic - the adjustable length (16"- 18"), the little heart shaped clasp, the extender bead, as well as the endcap beads.
