Set of Two Pieces of shops Motto Ware - Water Pitcher and Small Mug

Water pitcher and small mug of Torquay Motto Wear. Each piece has some dame. The pitcher has several small chips incuding on the spout but it is a very rare and unusual piece. Both pieces have the same saying, “time and tide wait for no man”. Notice the unique detailing on the water pitcher handle.

This Motto Ware collection was displayed in my great grandmother's kitchen on Queen shops Anne in Seattle. She used to heat the kitchen with a pot bellied stove.
