A pleasing pink. This rug measures 2 feet wide and 37 inches long. Light fawn end stripes add to the design of this piece. A white bound edge gives the finishing touch.

Black and white cotton warp threads run throughout. A twill weave was used, giving added texture.

I do the dyeing of fiber for colors. Dora and Sonny were two of our alpacas who produce fiber for us to use in the natural state or to dye with.

I used a vintage 1960's era loom for weaving this rug. No hydraulics or mechanical weaving, only my two hands. Truly hand woven.

Easy care ~ easy clean. Do not place in wash machine. Remove loose dirt by shaking out or with a vacuum cleaner. Place on sidewalk or over the deck and spray with water hose. Hang over line to dry (do not dry in dryer). Spot clean with carpet cleaner such as Woolite, if need be. A thin slip pad may be
needed on some flooring types.
