A Ceramic Madonna Bust on a simple wooden base. Head bowed and eyes half closed, Mary has a peaceful and serene expression. She is wearing a white robe with gold trim and a pale beige cloak covering her head.

The shops base measures 15cm x 9cm (5⅞" x 3½").
Height: 16cm (6¼").
Weight: 710g (1lb 9oz).

Marked on the back 'Pugi Marseille'. The bust is generally in lovely condition; one small chip to the glaze on the eyebrow. A beautiful piece of French vintage religious sculpture.
