Polymer shops unicorn sculpture

Unicorn sculpture in polymer paste, made and painted by hand, presented in the form of a statuette.

My inspiration:
As you can see, this unicorn does not resemble the current image that we have of the mythical animal, indeed, to find this design, I was inspired by the first representations of unicorn in the history of humanity, archaeological discoveries and testimonies of mediums or shops shamans. Indeed we are far from the small white horse with sequins, we are closer to a suinae (the family of pigs / boar) slender horn, an omnivore.
So many animals that have lived well among us have disappeared recently and have been forgotten, such as the European bison or the lion that was once in the mountains of Ancient Greece, so why not a kind of single-horned ungulate could also have been forgotten? It amuses me to imagine that. Extinct animals are discovered every day.
As for the broken appearance of the statue, it was not intended, an accident of demoulding, not wanting to throw away the poor beast, which still kept an aesthetic, so I bypassed it to make a statuette ^^.
"A broken statue, time has made us forget the true appearance of unicorns" being a miniature, I imagine that this statue was sculpted by an extinct civilization that has indeed known the mythical animal...
