FILMOPLAST® and FILMOPLAST® STRONG are embroidery nonwovens, but shops can do much more ... The self-adhesive embroidery nonwovens allow an embroidery technique, whereby only the fleece is clamped into the embroidery frame. All fabrics to be embroidered are only applied. This prevents frame impressions in sensitive fabrics. As an adhesive fleece, it stabilizes woven and knitted fabrics and improves the embroidery image. And especially small parts that cannot be clamped into the frame can be easily embroidered with the adhesive film. Caps can also be embroidered without a cap frame – stick on FILMOPLAST® or FILMOPLAST STRONG® and off you go!
FILMOPLAST® and FILMOPLAST STRONG® are economical in consumption and only the resulting hole in the tensioned frame is closed with residual pieces after embroidery. Because there is no need to constantly clamp the frames, set-up and downtimes are reduced and significant time savings are achieved in production. All in all: an investment that optimizes your profits!

FILMOPLAST® is the standard version for light to medium-weight fabrics.
FILMOPLAST® STRONG is the strong, heavy version for strong fabrics, very stretchy materials, generally for embroidery that requires more support.
