HOW TO SEND YOUR PERSONALISATION DETAILS:

Please send personalisation/customisation details at checkout by completing the personalisation section. Alternatively, you can send all the info after completing checkout either by a message on Etsy or via email.

Please send all tables/names typed in a single vertical list - with table name/number at the top followed by the guest names (as you would like them to appear) for that table. Please do not supply formatted text (e.g. text typed in columns) or a photograph of written text.

Please ensure you include a contact telephone number in order that we can contact you promptly in the event of any queries or problems.

TIMESCALES:

Your personalised table plan proof will be sent within 72 hours (Mon-Fri). Completed orders will be despatched within 72 hours of receiving your approval to print.

THE SMALL PRINT!

The table plans do not come with a frame. The framed table plans pictured in this product are for visual purposes only.
Timescales may be affected by any delay in sending your personalisations details, number of revisions required and time taken to send us your approval to print. To clarify:
- the timescale to receive your email proof starts from when we receive complete personalisation details.
- the timescale to dispatch your completed order starts from receipt of your approval to print

Please take the time to check proofs and the spellings you supply carefully - it is your responsibility to ensure that all details/spellings, grammar, colours etc are correct before sending us your approval to print. Unfortunately corrections cannot be made after we have received your approval to print and your order is in production.

Due to the print processes involved and different screen/monitor display settings, the final printed colours may not exactly match the colour you see on screen/on your digital proof.
We cannot guarantee exact colour matching to other print and materials you may be using.
