Please be aware that there is a possibility of some damage (broken/bent/dropped leaves, wilting, bruised young tender leaves, loose soil, etc.) during transit. Shipping can cause stress to a plant, especially when spending a few days in a box with no light or the boxes themselves can be damaged by the carrier during transit, but not to worry the plant will recover quickly with some tender loving care.
If there is an unusual amount of physical damage to the box/plant, extreme root rot, or dead on arrival please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the box and the plant. However, it is your responsibility to remove the package from heat/receive your package in a timely manner; I can't refund for heat damages, USPS delays or lost mail. They are insured via USPS.
