19th century baby portrait on Porcelain in Gilded Frame. Gilded Frame with goldleaf insert. Features a baby in what looks like a christening gown, sitting in a green velvet chair. Some paint loss due to age? I am not that familiar with the porcelain portraits. Blue-eyed baby in a white gown. Frame measures approximately 8 1/2 x 7 1/2. The oval measures 4 1/2 x 3 1/2. In good condition considering the age of the piece. There is a wire on the back for hanging with modern hardware that has been added recently. I did not add the Hardware personally. Sold as found, in antique condition. shops
