Measuring approx. 7" x 3.5" these four bowls are larger than most soup bowls. Each bowl in this set have been hand thrown on the pottery wheel from a durable stoneware clay. Then each bowl is trimmed to be light weight as well as to nest inside of each other for easy storage. The beautiful Slate Blue glaze is sure to enrich your cooking and eating experience.
Our goal as potters is to make functional shops pottery that people can have a personal relationship with. When you're eating from a hand thrown bowl that feels good in your hand, you will get an understanding of the relationship that you would not be getting from one churned out of a factory.
All of our stoneware pottery is fully functional for daily use, food safe as well as dishwasher and microwave safe.
Everything here in our shop has been handmade by husband and wife potters JR and Kristen Page in the mountains of North Carolina.
