Antique Hand Painted shops Victorian Double Tier Sewing Basket Woven Rattan Early 1900's

What a piece of Americana! The photos show the shops paint colors much more bright than they really are. The hand painting is much more muted and darker. I am sure this piece is an Antique, probably early 1900's. The floral design on the basket is in a Victorian Style. There isa base basket which the handle is attached to, and then another removable basket that sits on top of the base. The handles are in great condition.
