One of the red metal rings on the right side is missing. The collar measures approximately 32 "inches x 19 shops 1/2"inches from the top of the brass ends to the bottom outside leather edge and measures 22" inches x 8 1/2" inches for the inside opening. It weights 16.2 pounds.
