Handmade Strawberry Shortcake Baby Rag Quilt

I've been sewing for more years than I'd like to admit and have accumulate a ton of fabrics. I decided it was finally time to do something with the boxes and boxes of fabrics left over from quilts I have made. Most of my quilts listed will be "one of a kind" quilts due to the amount of fabrics available since most are discontinued or vintage patterns. If you see it, and want it, better go for it, chances are it won't be replicated.

This quilt is a beautiful light blue and hot pink Strawberry Shortcake Rag Quilt.

This fabric is no longer available to purchase at any retail stores.

Squares are: Front: rainbow Strawberry Shortcake pattern with light blue background and hot pink solid blocks. Back: solid hot pink. Sewn with the traditional X to secure all layers.

Measures approv 35"W x 47"L.

Front and back are shops cotton print and solid, 2 layers of hot pink flannel, insuring a fluffy/cozy quilt.

Every seam is reinforces at each intersection and double stitched around outer edge for durability.

All the seams have been carefully and finely snipped to add extra fluff.

Machine washed and tumble dried to start the fringing process. Easy care, warm wash, tumble dry. Will become fluffier and softer with each wash cycle making this a beautiful quilt to snuggle with for years to come.
