Adjustable with height, and neck (turns vertical and horizontal).
No marking has been found, except for "made in USA" on the plug. The lamp was most likely made in USA. The age is only my guess.
There are minor scuff marks on its body, but the most visible flaw is the rust on the base metal. Good working condition.
