I'd say it's more than 95% complete. Main pieces missing are one ladder, one crane on the left hand side, and the cannon seat “roof”. A few small stickers and decorative pieces are missing as well. There are also a few color substitution made, mainly on the cannon on top. One mini figure is included. I can also include the instructions I shops printed out to rebuild this set.
