For this costume, these are the sizes for pricing (though we customize to your exact measurements):
Infant is for sizes newborn to 18-24 months
Toddler is for sizes 2T to 4T
Child is for kids sizes 5 to 7.
Big Kids is for kids size 8 to 12.
Men's SML is for all adult sizes small, medium, or large
Men's XL+ is for all adult sizes size XL and up (please inquire about sizes bigger than 2X)

We make custom dresses and costumes for any occasion. We can model the costume after any character, but made this one of Hiro from Big Hero 6! The costume is made from a long sleeved tee and leggings in black with red ribbon down the arms of the shirt. We use purple vinyl and red vinyl to make a top piece that velcros in the back as well as knee patches. There is a utility belt and gloves that we have added the vinyl to as well. You can also choose to get the headpiece, which is store bought and only fits approximately an 18" head circumference.
Please note, that the color of the store bought headpiece is more blue than the purple vinyl we use in the costume and cannot be changed as that element is store bought.

We can customize to any size and ask for dimensions to ensure the costume will fit you or your child perfectly, versus just making it in size 6. We can make any modifications you would like with respect to design, color, etc.

We use non-itchy fabrics (unlike some of the ones from the mass stores). For children's costumes, we even have my daughters test every item we send out to ensure it's comfortable for young kids to wear.
