Portrait made for contribution to Dr. Brian May's “Another World: The Bri-Art Collection” book that was launched as part of the re-release of his Another World album in April 2022. The book was created as a charitable project for Brian's Save Me Trust to help animals. This listing is for the original drawing ONLY.

The drawing is 8.5 inch square (21.5 cm) in black gel pen on printer cardstock (80lb grade), this was made from an 8.5x11” sheet, and has been cut along the light-side edge with scissors. This rendering of Dr. Brian May is split between light and dark sides, and between water, fire, air, and earth elements. It features Cerberus in the fire zone, ocean waves and an orca in the water zone, an eclipse and nebula in the air zone, and a stump and vines in the earth zone. My drawing is featured in reproduction on page 38 of the book, which is NOT included in this sale, but mentioned as a reference, and to underscore why I'm pledging to donate at least 10% of this sale to the Save Me Trust. All of my charitable donation pledges are predicated on the sale of works and on my financial resources at the time. More sales = more $ = greater percentage donated. Thank you!
