Issued in 1984, this Pickard China (Chicago, IL) plate features Liberty Enlightening the World, the 100th Anniversary Statue of Liberty commemorative plate, dated 1886-1986, numbered 677 of 10,000. The plate features 24K gold garland and ribbon design on a cobalt blue rim with the Statue of Liberty painted in 24K gold. Plate is marked on the underside shops.
