This is 2009 Limited Quantity ornament "Scarlett O'Hara". The ornament has never been displayed but the bow on the back of her outfit has fallen off, I'm guessing due to age or humidity. The ornament is about 4 inches tall. The box is not perfect, it shows minor storage shops wear and some spotting.
