The only thing wrong with it is the zoom toggle is a little loose, so you have to make sure it's back in the center position when you're done zooming or it will keep zooming. Bundle comes with remote and 2 new aaa batteries, JVC c-p7u cassette tape adapter, pc cord, power cord(from charger to camcorder), battery charger, 1 battery(seems to hold a good charge), and used Ambico carrying case.
