A large vintage hand blown Italian bottle in marine blue colour glass. It is 32cm high including stopper and 13cm diameter. This type of ornate shops bottle is rare and made in Italy by a special technque of masterly blowing glass inside the mould. It was manufactured in the 70s in the region of Empoli and is marked on the base 'Made in Italy'. The colour of the glass is divine, marine blue and changes its shades according to altering light.
The bottle and the stopper are in excellent condition, only on the inside of the rim is there a pinhead dint - not a chip - which probably happened when the bottle was taken off the glass rod.
