UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL USAGE LICENCE

Commercial use of my artwork is defined to be any work done either for your own business or any contract/client usage that is not for personal use.

Purchasing this license allows you unlimited use of a SINGLE clip art set or digital paper set available in my shop. An additional license must be purchased for any other clip art or paper sets that you intend to use for unlimited commercial/no credit required purposes. For smaller commercial

- No credits required for 1 product from my shop. This is limited to and includes all digital paper and clip art sets currently available.
- The cost of the license does not include the cost of the design pack you wish to use it for. This must be shops purchased separately.
- No documents will be sent to you. The receipt of purchase confirms the right of commercial use.

As no documents will be sent to you, please keep all transaction receipts from Etsy or Paypal for your records as proof of purchase.

You must additionally purchase the clip art or paper pack you intend to use in conjunction with the license, upon check out. No clip art or digital paper is included with this listing.

YOU MAY:

* Use my designs on products you wish to sell with no credit required/unlimited use.

* Products can be digital or physical and can include printed fabric and paper products such as greeting cards, stationery, business cards, invitations, phone cases, design for websites, blogs, etc.


YOU MAY NOT:

* Resell, re-license, redistribute, or give away any of my graphics AS IS, in their original digital format. This means they cannot be used to create stock or collage sheets, clip art packs, etc. The art must be incorporated into a new work.

* Claim any of these designs as your own. Purchase of license does not transfer copyright. Dapper Bob retains all rights, license and ownership of designs.
