New nintendo 3ds xl comes with 6 games , it has some very light scratches on the screen doesn't effect the 3D or gameplay theres shops a bit of cosmetic damage nothing effecting the use of it. I took detailed photos of the light scratches with it turned off then with it on to show that it doesn't show that I can see. All buttons work perfectly no sticking or drifting of any kind, the hinges on closing and opening it are perfect as well. Does not have the stylist The games it comes with are 1. Zelda Majoras mask 3ds 2. Zelda Ocarina of time 3ds 3. Mario Kart 3ds 4. Nintendogs + Cats 3ds 5. Super Mario Maker 3ds (does not have case) 6.
