This Carpet Bag is slightly smaller and makes a wonderful shoulder bag. I take great pride in my handmade products so shops they are of the highest quality and made one at a time. As a leather worker, I enjoy combining leather with other materials. My bags are made of the highest quality leathers and upholstery materials. Take note of my craftsmanship, such as the patterns are perfectly matched even at the side seams.
1.This bag is made of a fine upholstery material in stripes of burgundy, forest green, navy and gold. It is trimmed in real leather trim that is navy blue. To give the bag body it has a soft foam interface. The lining is a gold/rust leaf print made of a good cotton fabric that will not tear at the seams like other bags. No disappearing items between the lining and outside fabric here.
2.This bag has a spring frame that opens to a roomy 12” x 8” opening. The bag itself measures out to 14” wide by 10” high with a 4” base.
3.The leather straps are a soft rolled leather and very comfortable. They measure 30” so it will give you a 15” drop.
4.The base of the bag has 6 feet to keep the leather base from getting dirty or worn.
5.The lining features a pen pocket, a sunglass pocket, and a larger phone pocket that will accommodate many sizes. The other side has a 9” zipper pocket that is 5” deep.
