Cactus shops

Cactus, is what I interpreted in this painting. The rigid green, layered over a watered down bright yellow acrylic paint. The pencil is yet another layer to draw your eye. This piece tells the story of shops the prickly plant we've experienced here and there. They're beautiful and dangerous.
