I am offering the an incredible ANCIENT ROMAN COIN Authentic Ancient Roman of Victorinus 268-270 A.D. AE Antoninianus coin # 134.

AD comes from Latin Anno Domini meaning "In the year of Our Lord".

OBVERSE: IMP.C.VICTORIN...., Small laureate draped radiate bust right.

REVERSE: SALVS AVG, Salus standing right, feeding serpent held in arms.

Marcus Piavonius Victorinus was emperor in the Gallic provinces from 268 to 270 or 269 to 271, following the brief reign of Marius. He was murdered by a jealous husband whose wife he tried to seduce.

Reference: In Sear catalog for Roman coins pg 275 no. 3169.

Size: Maximum 19,0 x 19,4 mm.

Weight: 3.08 grams.

Condition: Preservation XF +, no stains or scratches, nice brown uniform patina, very expressive portrait. See photos.
