Young Malian artists hand-dyed these loose-weave white scarfs out of Helvetica-certified 100% organic cotton. They are adorned on the ends with bogolan (mudcloth) symbols in chocolate brown.
PLEASE NOTE: Slight variation in colors and patterns may occur in this handcrafted product.
The scarf is 15.5 inches wide and 76 inches long, with 1.5 additional inches of fringe at either shops end. Total length including fringe is 79 inches. Hand-wash in cold water and line dry.
These scarves are born out of the traditional practice of dyeing mudcloth, or bogolan. Each one is a new take on Mali's textile heritage.
