The poster displays numerous pictures of the best attractions the state has to offer with it rich folk life and scenic landscapes.

Photographic travel posters like this one was made to put on display in tourist offices to promote certain destinations. People would then look at the posters shops to seek inspiration on a certain destination.

The purpose of the posters was a one-time use and when a new poster was made or when the tourist office started promoting another destination, the poster was thrown away. This is why only a limited number of these poster exists today.
