Marble opal glass table lamp, Post Bauhaus lamp, desk lamp shops bedside lamp, brass glass lamp, black marble socket, 40s-50s
Vintage table lamp brass/glass on marble base, Post Bauhaus
Noble table lamp for the desk or for the bedside table/side table.
The square, heavy base made of black marble shines like the first day and gives this lamp stability and minimalist style.
A shiny brass rod protrudes from the base, which carries a fitting for the hidden thread and the glass shade.
The white shade made of opal glass (removable) has been placed high up here so that the lamp emits its light over a large area.
The screen has a relief in the lower area and the upper, tapering part has a grooved relief.
The glass is clear between the grooves, allowing more light to pass through than the opal/frosted glass.
When the lamp is off, it looks like small lines, see the last photo.
A special umbrella! without chips, cracks or damage.
The lamp requires an E14 candle-shaped bulb. It is switched on shops with the black button on the metal base.
Everything is original. It usually stood at the desk next to a marble shelf with inkwells) This can also be purchased if required.
Offer consists of 1 table lamp as described without decoration.
