THE STORY:

Excited to reintroduce Namrata Shah. A multi talented creative as she's gained a fruitful 5 years of first hand experience within the handloom industry after completing her education in Textile Design in Bangalore, India.

Namrata's philosophy for Two Up Two Down is to create unique handcrafted textiles by practicing and applying principles of sustainability. She empowers women from various walks of life by giving them the opportunity to become better versions of themselves.

One of her signature styles include marrying the Shibori technique with hand embroidery and block printing. She is currently working on her newest technique called ‘Eco Printing' it being a process 100% true to nature.
