Custom made black high low Tutu. Size 6 but will easily fit a 5 or even a size up since the top is stretchy. It's also lined on the inside so you can get more coverage. It has gold gems on the skirt and on the waist of the dress. Last picture is my little one shops with it on. She's in between 5-6, 43" tall. The collar was long for her so I had to safety pin it in the back. (Took it off) Will come in a organza bag.
