Antique 2 drawer, small counter cabinet or large wall box with original porcelain knobs and lovely beaded board wood. Was found without the top slant lid, evidenced by old hinge marks/screw holes at top. Acquired many decades ago, this beauty has housed my sewing notions for years but will display antique ceramics or plants just as well. Solid & handmade in the 19th century, it retains its old, untouched patina. In dimmer light, it has a dark olive brown to dark, dry green cast not captured in photos. Thick wood, nailed construction.

Good size to display on a table, counter or can be wall mounted since its original hanging hole is still intact.
(We strongly suggest using strong wall anchors if you intend to hang on wall. It is very heavy.)

Lovely accent for your antique farmhouse, rustic cabin or primitive country decor. Open the drawers to show off a few shelf tucks or other ornaments.

CONDITION: Very good, sturdy, as-found. Has typical antique wear, dings/nicks/scuffs & minor losses to wood as it should. Finish is dry and paint/stain is original. Zoom in on photos; they are part of description. Per above, it's slant lid was long gone by the time we found it decades ago. Drawers are tight & move freely. Original porcelain knobs are firmly attached. Some wood losses on back, near bottom. There's a tight split in wood from top right side, down several inches. It's stable, been there since acquired. Top & inside of drawers have stains. No repairs observed. Sold as-is, as-found, as an antique decorative object.
