Set of 6 glass tumblers for your holiday table. Beautiful green glass with pedestal and geometric, stacked cube design. This pattern, called American, was orginaly produced in the late 30's through the 40's and was very popular for years. The cubed pattern through out has a great texture and look.

The Fostoria Glass Company was a manufacturer of pressed and hand molded glassware starting in 1887 by men from West Virginia. They set up operations in Fostoria, Ohio on land that the local towns people donated. The company was very popular in manufacturing and distributing glass for over 75 years. In the 70's the company was sold to Indiana Glass Company and the molds were used to redistribute many of the old patterns with lesser quality glass. The American pattern was one of the patterns redistributed in bright colors in the 70's and 80's. This piece is from the later run produced by Indiana Glass.

Condition: Excellent Vintage. No damage to these lovely glasses.

Measures: 3.5” diameter x 4” tall.
